Spring Break at Paradise Park

As always, the Wallace Family takes the altruistic route. We thought we'd support our local economy this spring break, instead of the awesome trip we had planned. Not really, we just couldn't afford to go out of town this year, so we stuck around home and planned some fun little excursions. One day we took a trip out to Paradise Park in Lee's Summit. It was such a fun little place — I can't believe we hadn't visited it before. There was so much to do....

...there was climbing...

...and more climbing...

...faux fishing...

...construction...
(look at that cute boy looking adoringly at his Daddy!)

...jumping in the ball pit...don't worry, I checked for snakes, dirty diapers and hypodermic needles first...

...the ingenious ball sanitizer system...convince the kids to throw the balls through the bullseye, then it comes out the other side all clean!

...the water table. I stand by my claim that if I won the lotto, I'd install one in my uber-mega playroom...

...face painting...

...and the topper. a huge basket of rubber balls that empty onto a crowd of eager children...

...go carts. Bob's favorite part...

...I liked them too.
