Chef Mia

Mia LOVES to cook. Mommy has to make a special effort most days to let Mia "help" in the kitchen (even when I really, really just want to "do it myself"). Whenever she sees me cooking, she runs upstairs and drags over a chair. So when we spotted this Disney Princess Enchanted Tales Magic Cool Bake Oven, my Mom decided to get it for Mia for Christmas. She was sooo excited when she opened it up. So on Christmas Day, Mia and I baked up some "magical" cupcakes.

Step 1: Must be a real princess for the "magic cool air technology" to work.

Step 2: Open the pre-packaged magic muffin mix and pour into sparkly princess cup. Add warm water, and mix fast.

Step 3: Add ice cubes made in magical princess ice cube tray to baking tray. Let the magical cool air technology (developed by NASA's Disney Princess Division) work its magic!

Voila! Enchanted Princess muffins!

The results were amazing! We frosted the cupcakes with the frosting mix, and added magic sprinkles. Andrew and Ashley were the first in the door when these babies came out of the oven. They politely declined a taste test. Guess they aren't sold on cool air technology. They were actually pretty tasty!
