Nearly Toothless

Aidan is one of the last kids in his first grade class to lose a tooth...imagine his excitement when he discovers that the first of his stubborn teeth have started to wiggle! A trip to the dentist revealed his new adult teeth coming up behind the baby ones that have refused to go. There's a molar in the back that hasn't even fully descended, and it's holding up the formation of his adult molar behind it. We may have to have some orthodontic intervention...
