In February, my good friend Catherine came to visit. She knew things have been hard for us the last few months and answered the call and came to our rescue with a much needed visit. Catherine and I have been friends since elementary school, and lived across the street from each other in the LBC. She's the best...she came with no expectations and was a great sport about everything. We had a blast!

It seems that every time we have visitors from California, we have extreme weather. I guess it's just because we always have extreme weather. So what's the one thing you can do outside when it looks like this?
